The Heartland is rising

The Heartland region is changing the rust-belt and declining cities narratives ascribed to us.

From Northwest Arkansas and Goshen, Indiana, to Madison, Wisconsin, and Rockford, Illinois. Each of these communities is prioritizing placemaking. I remain hopeful and rooted in the heartland and places like Rockford, Illinois.

And yes, I am betting on its future while at the same time cultivating the conditions for innovation and wealth.
