We provided property modeling, schematic design, and a Capital Investment Plan to redevelop three industrial properties.
The mission of this project was to provide Hurka Holdings with property modeling, schematic design, and a Capital Investment Plan to redevelop three industrial properties in western Rockford. Working with Hurka Holdings, our team introduced site plan improvements to increase connectivity, facilitate logistics, and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the three properties. Additionally, our team worked with local government officials to attract funding for interior and exterior building improvements geared towards increased sustainability.
Our work with Hurka Holdings has consisted of two services: Place Analysis and Place Feasibility. Through Place Analysis, Place Foundry conducted thorough marketplace research to identify key consumer trends and demand influencing future retail attraction and development. Through Place Feasibility, our team performed the due diligence evaluations to ensure that existing infrastructural and policy conditions informed the final recommendations in the Capital Investment Plan.
