A custom Private Residence Open Plan for entertaining and a large family.

The project included conceptual designs while showcasing site selection with complete exposure with the possibility to install a future pool deck and patio. The Place Foundry design team utilized 3D modeling for site and house design. Experimenting with new VR Technology granted the client the ability to “Walk” through the designed interior of the house. This immersive experience gave the client a new perspective on viewing their future home.
